🇬🇷 Greece Digital Nomad Visa
Work remotely, eat souvlaki, pay half the taxes
DifficultyModerate
Duration1 year (renewable for 2-year periods)
SpousePartner cannot work on this visa
Greece's digital nomad visa combines a low income threshold (€3,500/month) with one of Europe's most generous tax incentives: transfer your tax residency here and get a 50% reduction on income tax for 7 years. That's not a typo. Half your worldwide income goes untaxed for nearly a decade. Add in the €500/month apartments, the 300 days of sunshine, and the fact that Greece actually recognizes dual citizenship, and you start to understand why applications surged. As of February 2026, you must apply from a Greek consulate in your home country — no more showing up on a tourist visa and converting.
